Job description
The Senior Piping Designer will be tasked with developing 3D models for piping and equipment, generating orthographic drawings, and producing Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) for both retrofit and new projects. This role requires leadership of multi-disciplinary technical teams, ensuring adherence to regulatory design standards, as well as conducting material take-offs. Ideal candidates should possess more than 10 years of experience with mechanical piping systems, particularly in power generation or heavy industrial environments. Expertise in 3D modeling software, especially Autodesk Plant 3D, along with a solid understanding of piping construction methodologies, is essential.
