**Registered Nurse**
The Registered Nurse delivers direct care to patients with complex needs as part of an interdisciplinary team and oversees treatment protocols in an outpatient clinic environment. Responsibilities include participating in shared governance initiatives, assisting in the onboarding process for new staff, and contributing to performance improvement and the implementation of evidence-based practices. Applicants must hold a degree from an accredited nursing program and possess a minimum of one year of pertinent experience, along with a current RN license for Virginia. Additionally, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required within five years of employment, together with a BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
