Job Summary
The primary function of this position is to serve as the representative of Vaden Automotive, providing exceptional customer service by welcoming clients, assisting them in selecting vehicles, and conducting test drives. This role also entails managing prospective sales leads and presenting various financing options, all while fostering lasting relationships to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers upon arrival at the dealership.
- Assist customers through the vehicle selection process, addressing any inquiries they may have.
- Conduct test drives to showcase the features and benefits of vehicles.
- Manage and follow up on sales leads to maximize the opportunity for sales.
- Present and explain financing options available to customers.
