Job Summary
The consultant will evaluate the current Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) setup and data gathering methodologies of a client, aiming to pinpoint deficiencies and issues related to data quality. This role will involve delivering prioritized insights that will aid in enhancing the client’s digital experience and necessitates presenting these findings to relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a thorough assessment of the client’s existing Adobe CJA configuration.
- Identify gaps and quality issues in current data collection practices.
- Provide prioritized recommendations for the modernization of the client’s digital experience.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
- Possession of Adobe CJA certification is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to convey technical information to non-technical audience members.
