Job Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for supervising the daily activities, risk management protocols, and performance evaluations of staff at the San Mateo branch. This leadership role involves providing guidance to the team, keeping track of key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving the promotion of banking products to achieve branch objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure effective risk management at the branch.
- Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve their full potential.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators to assess branch performance.
- Promote and sell bank products to meet and exceed branch targets.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in banking operations.
- 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Preferably an Associate degree in Business Administration or Finance.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements.
