Job Summary
The Director of Network Operations plays a critical role in ensuring the dependability, growth, and strategic development of the organization’s multi-vendor WISP and hybrid ISP network. This position oversees the 24/7 Network Operations Center and takes charge of managing both capital and operational budgets while directing network modernization and integration initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the reliability and scalability of the network infrastructure.
- Lead and manage the 24/7 Network Operations Center effectively.
- Oversee capital and operating budget management.
- Direct network modernization and integration projects to enhance performance.
- Strategically evolve the multi-vendor WISP and hybrid ISP network.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in telecommunications or ISP settings.
- At least 5 years in a senior management or director-level capacity.
- Expertise in OSPF, BGP, and extensive network architecture.
- Strong communication and leadership skills for executive interactions.
