Job Summary
The Account Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the recruitment, training, and supervision of maintenance teams, while also ensuring that all projects adhere to budgetary constraints and safety regulations. Additionally, this position acts as the main liaison for clients, offering expert consultation and collaborating with various internal teams to guarantee the smooth execution of services.
Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for client relations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Turfgrass, or a related field is preferred; however, an associate degree or equivalent experience may be acceptable.
- Extensive experience in landscaping is required.
- Strong knowledge of plants and horticultural practices.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
