Job Summary
The Group Exercise Instructor at Litehouse in Sandpoint is tasked with leading various group fitness classes, fostering a supportive and engaging environment that motivates participants to enhance their health and fitness levels.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-energy group exercise classes that cater to a diverse range of fitness levels.
- Ensure all participants are following proper techniques and maintaining safety standards during workouts.
- Encourage participation and create a welcoming atmosphere that promotes community engagement within classes.
- Monitor and evaluate participant progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their fitness goals.
- Maintain equipment and cleanliness of the workout space to ensure a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Certification in group exercise instruction from a recognized organization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with participants.
- Knowledge of various fitness techniques and ability to demonstrate exercises appropriately.
- Passion for health and fitness, along with the ability to inspire others.
- Previous experience in teaching group classes is preferred.
