**Job Title: Visual Observer**
The Visual Observer plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety of both the public and flight crew by maintaining an uninterrupted line-of-sight of autonomous aircraft throughout launch, flight, and recovery phases. This position involves identifying and reporting potential airborne or ground hazards, as well as collaborating with the flight crew to manage any associated risks effectively. Applicants should be at least 18 years of age, capable of passing background checks and drug tests, and be flexible with availability for shifts during the day, night, and weekends. While not mandatory, possessing an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate or having previous experience in the aviation field is advantageous.
