Job Summary
The Drafter plays a crucial role in generating, modifying, and refining technical shop drawings. This position requires close collaboration with design engineers and various departments within the plant to ensure optimal workflow and precision in project execution.
Responsibilities
- Create technical shop drawings based on design specifications.
- Revise and correct drawings to maintain accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Work in conjunction with design engineers to ensure alignment on project details.
- Manage the Bill of Materials efficiently and ensure all documentation is error-free.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in drawing or design.
- High proficiency with design software such as SolidWorks, Solid Edge, or AutoCAD.
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification from a recognized CAD training institution is preferred.
