The individual ensures the safety of donors, keeps precise documentation, and addresses any equipment malfunctions while adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs). A high school diploma or its equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 6 months’ experience as a phlebotomist. Candidates should be able to thrive in a dynamic setting and demonstrate excellent manual dexterity.
