Job Summary
The Experienced Asphalt Plant Operator will be responsible for facilitating the production process at the asphalt plants in Narvon, Pennsylvania. The ideal applicant will possess substantial knowledge and skill in the operations of asphalt production and demonstrate the ability to meet production demands effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the asphalt plant to ensure efficient production.
- Monitor and adjust production to comply with quality standards and company specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
- Ensure safety regulations and practices are adhered to at all times.
Qualifications
- Completion of education from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant experience and training.
- Proven experience as an Asphalt Plant Operator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of asphalt production processes and equipment.
- Ability to work onsite and maintain a strong safety record.
