**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician**
The technician shall oversee daily upkeep, repairs, and preventative maintenance for the facility’s mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Responsibilities also include groundskeeping tasks like snow removal and liaising with external contractors for specialized services. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in facilities maintenance, demonstrating expertise in mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. A valid driver’s license along with the ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening is necessary.
