Job Summary
The Housekeeper plays a crucial role in ensuring that both resident living spaces and community areas are kept clean, safe, and hygienic. This position involves collaboration with the Maintenance and Executive Directors to uphold the highest cleanliness standards throughout the community.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness in resident apartments and communal spaces.
- Collaborate with Maintenance and Executive Directors to meet cleanliness regulations.
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards are adhered to consistently.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks and respond to any special cleaning requests.
Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, ideally in a senior living setting.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- Ability to lift weights of up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work during weekends and holidays as needed.
