Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a similar discipline, along with 5-7 years of pertinent experience. A solid background in mission-critical infrastructure, particularly with MEP-intensive projects, is highly desirable, as is RICS accreditation or advancement toward chartership.
