Job Summary
The Escalation Center Technician is tasked with overseeing and reacting to significant events and alarms within the data center, which encompasses HVAC, electrical, and security systems. This role is vital for ensuring effective management of incidents through ticketing and engaging in problem resolution, while also maintaining effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to critical events and alarms in the data center related to HVAC, electrical, and security systems.
- Manage and resolve tickets associated with incidents occurring in the data center.
- Ensure clear and timely communication with internal teams and external clients regarding event status and resolution.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with MEP systems, specifically HVAC, electrical, and building management controls.
- Familiarity with emergency procedure protocols is essential.
- A foundational understanding of security technologies is required.
