We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for an opening in Vermont. Responsibilities
- Assist the surgical team in preparing for and performing surgical procedures.
- Ensure the operating room is sterile and organized before, during, and after operations.
- Manage surgical instruments and supplies efficiently throughout the surgical process.
- Collaborate effectively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare team members.
- Provide support for patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures.
- Document pertinent information in accordance with hospital protocols.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) from an accredited organization.
- Prior experience in a surgical setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and aseptic techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
