Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Night Shift in the Intensive Care Unit at St. John Medical Center, located in Cleveland, OH. This is a 13-week contract position aimed at providing critical care nursing services.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in the ICU setting.
- Monitor patients’ health status and implement care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Effectively communicate with patients and their families regarding care and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate medical and nursing records.
Qualifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, particularly in critical care.
- Current RN License with verification.
- Required immunizations and health screenings, including MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
- Completion of various UHS forms and verifications, including skills checklist and competency exams.
- Successful drug screening and criminal background check.
- Required health statement and vaccination proof, including influenza vaccine.
- UHS I-9 Attestation and Ohio Fingerprint verification.
- Submission of required driver’s license or state ID and UHS submission packet.
