**Registered Nurse**
The Registered Nurse will deliver at-home care to individuals coping with illnesses, injuries, or chronic conditions. This role encompasses conducting patient assessments and maintaining accurate documentation of their progress. Additionally, the nurse will instruct patients and their families on care strategies, medication management, and safety in the home environment, while working closely with physicians and other members of the healthcare team. Applicants must have completed a nursing program from an accredited institution, possess a valid Georgia RN license, and have at least two years of experience in home healthcare. Further requirements include CPR certification, a current driver’s license, and the ability to successfully complete background checks and drug tests.
