Uniti Med is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Operating Room (OR) settings, to join our team in Sylmar, California. This position requires a commitment to high standards of patient care and professional nursing practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care in the operating room, ensuring the safety and comfort of surgical patients.
- Assist the surgical team during procedures by operating equipment and maintaining a sterile environment.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Participate in the pre-operative and post-operative care of patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care strategies.
Qualifications
- Current California RN license.
- Experience in an operating room setting preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols.
