The LMS Manager acts as the central authority for the learning technology ecosystem on a global scale, managing governance, administration, and ongoing enhancements. Responsibilities
- Oversee the governance and administration of the learning management system (LMS).
- Facilitate continuous improvement of the learning technology ecosystem.
- Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to align the LMS with business objectives.
- Support compliance training and professional development initiatives globally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in learning systems or LMS administration.
- At least three years of experience with an enterprise-level LMS.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in global, matrixed organizations and regulated industries.
