Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures, with a focus on labor and delivery, particularly with C-sections.
- Ensure patient safety by adhering to the five medication rights, minimizing the risk of errors.
- Collaborate effectively with the surgical team and communicate with patients to ensure their comfort and understanding.
- Monitor patients’ condition post-surgery and provide necessary interventions.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
