Job Summary
The Systems and Network Administrator plays a crucial role in managing the organization’s technology infrastructure, ensuring effective operation and support of systems and networks. This position entails providing advanced technical assistance and serving as a backup for the Help Desk. A significant aspect of this role involves collaborating with the Chief Information Officer to prioritize and address cybersecurity initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Administer the school’s core technology infrastructure and endpoints.
- Provide advanced technical support to users and systems.
- Coordinate with the Help Desk to ensure seamless assistance.
- Work alongside the CIO to enhance and implement cybersecurity strategies.
