The Assistant Manager is responsible for learning store operations including customer service, people management, and inventory control. They will undergo formal training modules to prepare for a transition into a General Manager role. Candidates must be available to work a full-time schedule of up to 55 hours per week, including weekends and late-night shifts. Prior retail or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
