Evaluates and enters medication orders, dispenses medications, prepares IV and chemotherapy admixtures, and monitors medication therapy across all age groups. Consults with clinical staff, supervises pharmacy technicians, and oversees controlled-substance and narcotic inventory activities. A bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is required, with a Pharm.D. preferred, along with at least three years of experience. An active, clear Florida pharmacist license is required.
