Lead and develop the IV admixture technician team, oversee staffing and daily sterile compounding operations, and serve as a technical resource for pharmacy and clinical staff. Ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance through quality audits, inventory and purchasing oversight, waste management, and operational reporting. Requires an active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License, national CPhT certification, a high school diploma or GED, and at least five years of IV compounding experience or graduation from an accredited IV Admixture Technician program. Candidates should have strong aseptic technique, pharmaceutical calculation, medication safety, communication, organization, and leadership skills, along with Microsoft Office and pharmacy technology proficiency and a valid driver’s license.
