The machine operator is responsible for setting up and operating adhesive coating equipment to produce high-quality materials. They must monitor production quality, perform equipment adjustments, and maintain a safe, organized work environment. A high school diploma or GED is required for this position. Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred, along with mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform physical tasks.
