The Senior Director provides enterprise-wide leadership and standardization for Sterile Processing Departments across all ARH facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and highly reliable sterile processing practices while driving operational excellence and strategic alignment. Candidates must have at least five years of experience in sterile processing or perioperative settings and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree is required or must be obtained within three years, along with professional certifications such as CRCST.
