**Welder**
The Welder will be responsible for the setup and operation of hand welding tools to perform MIG welding on production components, including bumpers and snowplows. This role includes interpreting blueprints, conducting quality inspections of parts, and ensuring the work environment remains safe and organized. Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED and must be capable of lifting up to 60 lbs consistently. A minimum of 6 months of experience in MIG welding or fabrication is desirable, as well as a solid mechanical aptitude.
