Job Summary
The position entails spearheading the enterprise strategy, establishing standards, and promoting continuous enhancement of maintenance work management across all manufacturing locations of Conagra. You will play a crucial role in persuading senior leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement organizational, process, and system modifications aimed at improving asset availability and maintenance efficiency.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in maintenance, reliability, or manufacturing leadership.
- Strong expertise in maintenance planning and effective work management practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a similar discipline.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise asset management systems, particularly SAP.
