Responsibilities include guiding customers in choosing gowns, overseeing appointment schedules, and collaborating with the alterations team to guarantee complete customer satisfaction. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in retail, particularly within apparel or specialty shops, as well as knowledge of computerized POS systems, is highly desirable.
