Job Summary
The Parts Department Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations within the parts department, ensuring effective inventory management, and providing support for both customer and internal team parts sales. This position also involves the maintenance of departmental tools and equipment, alongside collaboration on budgets and various sales, profitability, and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the parts department.

Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience in parts department operations.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to perform business analysis effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Required to pass and maintain a current DOT physical certification annually.
