The Clinical Lab Scientist is responsible for executing both quantitative and qualitative analyses in a clinical laboratory setting, which encompasses specimen collection and the calculation of test outcomes. Additionally, they engage in quality assurance practices, proficiency assessments, and contribute to the ongoing development of staff members. Applicants are required to hold a Bachelor’s degree and a current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license. Furthermore, a minimum of one year of recent experience in a recognized hospital laboratory is necessary.
