This role entails overseeing facility operations, coordinating staff schedules, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and leading interdisciplinary team meetings to deliver exceptional care. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in human services or social sciences, along with demonstrated experience in residential care for individuals with developmental disabilities. Familiarity with Title 17 and Title 22 regulations, robust management capabilities, and pertinent certifications such as CPR are essential.
