**Job Title: Pediatric Home Health Nurse**
Deliver specialized one-on-one nursing care to children with complex medical needs in a home health environment. Key duties involve medication administration, executing treatment plans, evaluating patient conditions, and guiding families on care strategies. Applicants should possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in Texas along with a current CPR certification. While experience in pediatric home health, tracheostomy, and ventilator care is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
