Job Summary
The Senior Clinical Research Associate is responsible for conducting both on-site and remote monitoring visits to verify that clinical study sites comply with regulations and have the necessary resources. This role also involves training site personnel and providing mentorship to junior associates during co-monitoring activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site and remote monitoring visits to ensure compliance with clinical study protocols.
- Evaluate site resources to support clinical trials effectively.
- Deliver training sessions for site staff on study requirements and processes.
- Mentor junior team members through collaborative monitoring efforts.
Qualifications
- A college or university degree in Life Sciences.
- Significant experience in on-site monitoring of phase 2/3 clinical trials.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel nationally as required for the role.
