Job Summary
The Senior Business Systems Analyst serves as the functional leader for Salesforce CRM, overseeing the enhancement roadmap and ensuring that the system’s capabilities align with the needs of the business. This role involves collecting requirements, maintaining data integrity, and facilitating integrations among Salesforce, NetSuite, and other enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Act as the functional lead for Salesforce CRM and manage enhancement initiatives.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to ensure effective system capabilities.
- Ensure high standards of data quality within the Salesforce environment.
- Support integration processes between Salesforce, NetSuite, and additional enterprise applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience as a business systems analyst in cloud-based CRM environments.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and commercial process mapping.
- Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships effectively.
