Job description
You will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive enablement operations, developing the necessary systems, frameworks, and tools to ensure that change management is both reproducible and efficient. Further, you will broaden your focus to cover implementation processes, establishing protocols for scoping, delivering, and operationalizing changes within enterprise systems across the organization. A minimum of 6 years of experience in operations, program management, or change management is required, along with a demonstrated history of creating operational infrastructures from the ground up. Success in this dynamic setting will demand strong systems thinking, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive ownership mentality.
