Ideal candidates will bring 7 to 10+ years of experience in high-responsibility operational or strategic positions, including roles like Chief of Staff, product operations, or consulting. Strong quantitative abilities, a product-centric approach, and agility in both strategic and operational contexts are essential for success in this position.
