Job Summary
The role entails designing and developing realistic, multi-step finance and accounting assignments aimed at facilitating AI training. These tasks will reflect actual financial workflows, including but not limited to financial reporting, audit procedures, and reconciliations. Candidates will be expected to formulate objective grading criteria to enhance AI learning effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed finance and accounting scenarios that simulate real-world tasks.
- Develop structured review standards for evaluating AI performance on these tasks.
- Utilize strong Excel skills to build models and frameworks pertinent to financial analysis.
- Engage in continuous refinement of tasks to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Document all procedures and guidelines clearly and concisely in written English.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in finance, accounting, or audit capacities with practical experience.
- Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and financial modeling.
- Previous experience in creating structured review standards is essential.
- Excellent command of written English to ensure clarity in documentation.
