Job description
The Sales Associate’s primary responsibility is to enhance the shopping experience by providing expert assistance with beauty products and fostering brand loyalty among customers. Additional duties include ensuring the store’s appearance is appealing, overseeing inventory management, and implementing promotional displays. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years of age. A minimum of one year of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, along with the capability to fulfill physical requirements and accommodate scheduling needs.
