Job description
**General Labor Team Member**
The General Labor Team Member is tasked with executing daily production activities to guarantee smooth operation of the production line while keeping the work environment tidy and organized. This role requires strict compliance with food safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and USDA standards during the entire production workflow. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and must be physically capable of standing in cold conditions for long durations and lifting items weighing up to 70 lbs. Experience in a food production setting and familiarity with safety regulations such as HACCP and OSHA are strongly desired.
