Job description
**Job Title: General Labor Team Member**
As a General Labor Team Member, you will engage in daily operations aimed at optimizing the efficiency of the production line while upholding food safety and sanitation protocols. Your duties will include the preparation and packaging of products in strict accordance with company policies and regulatory standards. Ideal candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED and be capable of handling physically intensive tasks in a cold environment. Prior experience in food production and familiarity with industry regulations such as GMP, HACCP, and USDA guidelines are strongly desired.
