Set up, sanitize, operate, and break down machinery while following food safety programs and standard procedures. Prepare, inspect, and cook potatoes and process cabbage to meet quality and safety standards. A high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must be able to understand English documentation, perform basic calculations, lift or carry up to 50 pounds frequently, and obtain a forklift or pallet jack license.
