Job Summary
The 1st Shift Production Operator plays a crucial role in the production process by ensuring that manufacturing equipment operates smoothly and efficiently. This position involves overseeing the production line and maintaining quality standards while adhering to safety protocols. Operators will be responsible for various tasks essential to the success of the production team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage manufacturing processes to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Document production metrics and assist in inventory management.
Qualifications
