Job Summary
The General Production Manager is tasked with the comprehensive oversight of production activities during the second shift. This role encompasses the management of supervisors and production timetables, emphasizing adherence to food safety standards. The successful candidate will focus on enhancing team performance, boosting employee retention, and ensuring operational effectiveness in a substantial manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all production operations during the second shift.
- Manage and support supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing context, preferably within food or poultry processing.
- High school diploma or its equivalent is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and management skills are essential.
- Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) principles is required.
