Job Summary
The Mill Operator plays a crucial role in the production of livestock feed by managing automated feed systems, facilitating the loading and unloading of ingredients, and ensuring operational efficiency. This position is essential for maintaining a safe and clean facility while delivering support to both customers and agricultural operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate automated feed systems and manage the flow of materials.
- Load trucks with the finished product and unload incoming ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Provide assistance to customers and support agricultural operations.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and physical stamina.
- Ability to adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Preferred experience operating forklifts.
- Willingness to work extended hours during busy agricultural periods.
