Job Summary
The 2nd Shift Production Operator will play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining quality standards. This position focuses on operating equipment, monitoring processes, and effectively collaborating with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment on the second shift.
- Ensure the adherence to quality control standards and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production targets.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
