Job Summary
The Production Supervisor leads and coordinates team members to ensure effective execution of manufacturing processes while meeting production and quality targets. This role involves maintaining the availability of essential resources and fostering continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide team members in achieving production objectives.
- Ensure that the necessary resources are accessible to facilitate operations.
- Promote and support ongoing improvement projects related to safety, cost, and customer service.
- Monitor production processes to meet quality standards and efficiency metrics.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience as a shift leader in a production environment.
- An associate degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
