Job Summary
The Quality Inspector plays a crucial role in assisting manufacturing teams by performing thorough inspection processes for incoming materials, equipment, and products. This position is essential for maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring compliance with all relevant specifications.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inspections of incoming materials, equipment, and products.
- Identify and troubleshoot production-related issues.
- Implement quality assurance standards and maintain adherence to specifications.
- Utilize calibrated equipment for precise measurements and evaluations.
- Interpret engineering drawings and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Qualifications
- Experience with calibrated inspection equipment.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings effectively.
- Familiarity with GD&T principles.
- Background in inspecting both mechanical and electrical components.
- Experience in a regulated quality management system environment is essential.
